How long does the battery last?
A full charge gives you up to 2 hours of use. Charging takes about 60 minutes via USB for a full charge.
How do I care for my product?
Wash with warm water and mild soap before and after each use. Let it dry fully, then store in a cool, dry place. Use only water-based lubricants.
Is it safe?

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is always free within the U.S. No minimum purchase required.
Priority Shipping (1-3 days) is available at checkout for $9.99.
When will I get my order?
Orders are shipped the same business day. Most orders arrive in 3-5 business days with free standard shipping, and you'll receive tracking info as soon as it's on the way.
Need it sooner? Choose Priority Shipping at checkout for 1-3 day delivery ($9.99).
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Your order arrives in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos or product names.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

What is the return policy?
Due to the personal nature of our products, all purchases are final sale. However, each product is backed by a 1-year limited warranty should anything not perform as expected.
What does the warranty cover?
