Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

Orders are shipped the same business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Priority Shipping

Need it sooner? Choose Priority Shipping at checkout for $9.99. Most Priority orders arrive in 1–3 business days after shipment.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos or product descriptions visible. The sender name on the label will not reference Vera Mason or the contents of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's progress directly through the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@theveramason.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
