All Vera Mason products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects
• Motor or electronic malfunctions
• Defective charging components

What's Not Covered

• Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

How to Make a Claim

Contact us at hello@theveramason.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If your claim is approved, we'll replace or repair your product at no cost.

Return Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
