  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout
  • You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees
  • All payments are processed through Shopify Payments and are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS technology
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are legally authorized to use the payment method provided

We make every effort to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. However:

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective. All products are covered by our 1-year limited warranty. See our Warranty Policy for full details.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and accept our return policy and understand that returns are not accepted for reasons other than damage or defect.

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any person

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERA MASON DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY PRODUCT WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VERA MASON, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VERA MASON FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vera Mason Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Site or any product purchased through the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND TO HAVE A JURY TRIAL.

13.1 Agreement to Arbitrate

You and Vera Mason agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product purchased through the Site (collectively, "Disputes") shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring individual claims in small claims court if the claims qualify.

13.2 Arbitration Rules and Procedures

Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at www.adr.org. If the AAA is unavailable, the parties shall agree on an alternative arbitration provider. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. The arbitration may be conducted in person, by telephone, via video conference, or based on written submissions, as determined by the arbitrator.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND VERA MASON AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING DISPUTES AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class, collective, or representative proceeding.

13.4 Jury Trial Waiver

YOU AND VERA MASON HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL FOR ANY DISPUTE.

13.5 Costs of Arbitration

Payment of all filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's rules. If you demonstrate that the costs of arbitration would be prohibitive compared to litigation, Vera Mason will pay as much of the filing and arbitrator fees as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the arbitration from being cost-prohibitive.

13.6 Opt-Out Right

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to hello@theveramason.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of your first use of the Site or first purchase. If you opt out, you and Vera Mason will retain the right to resolve Disputes in court.

13.7 Severability

If any part of this arbitration section is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portions shall continue to apply. If the class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration section shall be deemed void (but all other provisions of these Terms shall remain in effect).

14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, we encourage you to contact us at hello@theveramason.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution. We will work in good faith to resolve any billing issues. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delayed resolution and may be considered a violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend your account and refuse future orders if a chargeback is filed fraudulently or without good-faith communication with us first.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any Disputes not subject to arbitration shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent a court proceeding is permitted under these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the State of Florida.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of your state of residence to the extent such rights cannot be waived by contract.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Warranty Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vera Mason regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
